The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) is now accepting applications for the availment of the benefits under R.A. 9507, otherwise known as “The Socialized and Low Cost Housing Loan Restructuring and Condonation Program.” .

Borrowers / buyers with accumulated arrearages equivalent to at least three (3) monthly amortizations / payments as of March 16, 2009 are welcome to file their applications at the HGC Treasury Department, Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City.

The Financial Restructuring package and other documentation based on the Program's Implementing Rules and Regulations shall be available to all defaulting borrowers / buyers once qualified.
