The HGC inaugurated its Satellite Office in the Harbor Center Port Terminal, Inc. (HCPTI) within the 79-hectare reclaimed area inside Manila North Harbor across the former Smokey Mountain, Tondo Manila.

According to HGC President, Mr. Gonzalo Benjamin A. Bongolan, “The HGC satellite office will be a one-stop shop for existing and prospective locators in the Corporation’s properties inside the port. With this office in place, we hope to better serve our clients and aggressively market the Corporation’s acquired assets.” The locators currently holding office in HGC properties inside the port include Container Maintenance Inspection Service, Star Truck, JRTM, First Link Fil Orien, DECKS, Menruz Trucking, KEGGS Trucking, S.K. Guiamano Cargo Trucking, CAPP Industry, El Salvador Marine Logistics Ind., Y.M. Transport Cargo, Sea Borne Trucking, FRV Cargo, AJ & J, and Viola Transport.

The HGC President together with the officers of the Corporation and invited guests graced the inaugural ceremonies. It was officiated by Fr. Alex Indino, Fdcc of the San Pablo Apostol Church of Tondo.
