SUBJECT: Bidding for the Concept, Design and Delivery of Furniture and Fixtures for the offices/workstations of HGC Personnel

As discussed and agreed during the Pre-bid Conference of August 4, 2010, the Terms of Reference of the Concept, Design and Delivery of Furniture and Fixtures for the offices/workstations of HGC Personnel are hereby amended as follows:

  1. TERMS OF REFERENCE

    2. Item 5. The proposal shall be evaluated using the Quality-Cost method, where 60% is allocated for Quality or the Technical Aspect and 40% for Cost or the Financial Aspect.

      3. The evaluation shall be based on the following:

  2. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

    1. Section 1.4(g). The bidders may submit Certification on product quality and workmanship from appropriate institutions. Bidders who submit the said Certification shall be given additional 1 point in the Raw Score.

  3. OTHERS

  1. Floor Plans in Auto CADD may be obtained at the BAC Secretariat, Ground Floor, Jade Building, 335 Senator Gil J. Puyat, Makati City starting August 10, 2010.

  2. All other provisions of the Terms of Reference and Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
