HGC Guaranty Programs-Retail Loan Guaranty

FACTS & FIGURES:

A P20 M Retail Contract of Guaranty signed on March 4, 2003 between HGC and the Zambales Rural Bank was the first guaranty line approved for a rural bank after the Government housing sector and the Rural Bankers' Association of the Philippines (RBAP) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement. The MOA, among HGC, HUDCC and RBAP, aims to assist homebuyers in availing credit facilities from Rural Banks with the support of Government housing agencies.
