HGC provides guaranty cover to investments and credits for housing through its guaranty facilities. Banks and other financial institutions are encouraged to channel their resources into home building and ownership. HGC provides risk cover on the outstanding principal and interest yield up to 11%. HGC guaranteed loans and investments are exempt from all taxes up to 11%.
