Requirements for Developmental Guaranty Enrollment:

1. Enrollment Letter with warranties as stipulated in the Contract of Guaranty
2. Payment of Premium and other HGC fees
3. Loan and Project Information, such as:
   • Loan purpose
   • Loan to Collateral Ratio
   • Project Site/Location
   • Project design and profile
   • Selling price and number of housing units
   • Buyer's financing / take-out facility
   • Project's financial viability
   • Developer's track record and credit worthiness
   • Compliance with the Balance Housing Requirement
   • Single Borrower's Limit (SBL)
