BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE Bulletin No. 1 SUBJECT: Bidding of 2009 Corporate Giveaways (Golf Umbrella) As agreed upon in the Pre-Bid Conference last October 8, 2009, the following shall be the amendments to the Terms of Reference, Instructions to Bidders and Invitation to Bid for the 2009 HGC Corporate Giveaways (Golf Umbrella): A. TERMS OF REFERENCE
Size : From ribs to tip is 30 inches B. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
The bidders who participated in the HGC Bidding for the Mailman Bag and were declared eligible shall submit only the Technical Bid (Envelope B) and Financial Bid (Envelope C). The Bid Securities submitted by the bidders who participated in the first bidding for the HGC Corporate Giveaways (Golf Umbrellas) may use the same in this 2nd bidding. For the purpose, the HGC Official Receipt (OR) issued shall be included in the bid documents. C. INVITATION TO BID The Bidders who participated in the First Bidding for the Golf Umbrellas shall pay only a non-refundable fee of P500.00 for the bid documents. D. The opening of Bids scheduled on October 21, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. is reset to October 22, 2009 at 1:00 PM. E. All other provisions of the Terms of Reference, Instructions to Bidders, and Invitation to Bid not otherwise amended shall remain valid and binding.
