SUBJECT: Bidding of 2009 Corporate Giveaways (Collared Shirts)

DATE      : October 12, 2009

As agreed upon in the Pre-Bid Conference last October 8, 2009, the following shall be the amendments to the Terms of Reference, Instructions to Bidders and Invitation to Bid for the 2009 HGC Corporate Giveaways (Collared Shirts):

  1. TERMS OF REFERENCE

    2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

    Shirt Size:

    Length : 28 inches

    Width : 43 inches

    Shoulder: 19.5 inches

    Print :

    Company name shall be embroidered in green color on the upper portion (2.5 inches below the collar) at the back of the collared shirt. Size of print is half of an inch.

    Font : All capital letters in Arial Font

  2. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

    1. Bid Documents

      2. The bidders who participated in the HGC Bidding for the Mailman Bag and were declared eligible shall submit only the Technical Bid (Envelope B) and Financial Bid (Envelope C).

    2. Bid Security

      3. The Bid Securities submitted by the bidders who participated in the first bidding for the HGC Corporate Giveaways (Collared Shirts) may use the same in this 2nd bidding. For the purpose, the HGC Official Receipt (OR) issued shall be included in the bid documents.

  3. INVITATION TO BID

    4. The Bidders who participated in the First Bidding for the Collared Shirts shall pay only a non-refundable fee of P500.00 for the bid documents.

  4. All other provisions of the Terms of Reference, Instructions to Bidders, and Invitation to Bid not otherwise amended shall remain valid and binding.
