LOAN PACKAGE	PREMIUM RATE
Socialized Housing	Not less than 1/2 of 1% of outstanding principal obligation
Low-Cost Housing	Not less than 3/4 of 1% of outstanding principal obligation
Medium-Cost Housing	Not less than 1% of outstanding principal obligation
Open-Housing	Not less than 1.5% of outstanding principal obligatopm

*The rates of guaranty premium may be adjusted in accordance with sound actuarial practice and the risk characteristics involved.
