  • Off-Balance Sheet Financing: 70% - 90% of the value of mortgages that constitute the asset pool, depending in the type of mortgages in the pool .
  • Housing Development:
    • 70% of the appraised value of the asset pool for bond coverage
    • 60% of the appraised value of the asset pool for cash coverage
  • REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR COVERAGE. Entities availing of this scheme shall be subject to the other guaranty requirements under the Developmental Loan and Retail Loan Guaranty Programs.
