- Off-Balance Sheet Financing: 70% - 90% of the value of mortgages that constitute the asset pool, depending in the type of mortgages in the pool .
- Housing Development:
- 70% of the appraised value of the asset pool for bond coverage
- 60% of the appraised value of the asset pool for cash coverage
REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR COVERAGE. Entities availing of this scheme shall be subject to the other guaranty requirements under the Developmental Loan and Retail Loan Guaranty Programs.
