  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested suppliers to submit quotation for the supply and installation of workstations at the newly renovated COA Office with the following specifications:

    2. DESCRIPTION DIMENSION QUANTITY
    2 – Tile Fabric Partition 110H x 60W 6
    2 – Tile Fabric Partition 110H x 90W 6
    2 – Tile Fabric Partition 110H x 120W 5
    Work Top with 2-leg support, MFC finish beechwood,
    with Metal  CD leg     		120W x 60D x 2.5 cm. thick/
    90W x 45D x 2.5 cm. thick    		 6
    3-drawer mobile pedestal   6
    Keyboard Tray   6
    Dismantling and Re-installation of 8 existing workstations
    with re-cutting of 18 pcs. Fabric partition. Additional
    accessories should be considered on re-installation.    		   1 lot

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 194,000.00.

  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of October 14, 2013:

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
