  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all HGC accredited appraisers to submit quotation for the relocation survey of the Old Bilibid Compound (OBC) (Please see attached Terms of Reference).
  1. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 360,000.00.
  1. All interested HGC accredited appraisers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of April 02, 2014:
  1. For further inquiries, please call Mr. Arturo Barrios or Ms. Helen Santamaria of the Administrative Department with telephone Nos. 897-32-94, 897-32-32 and 897-32-66.
  1. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
