Request for Quotation

1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested printers to submit quotations for the printing of the 2013 issues of HGC Newsletter with the following specifications:
   
   

   Description	:	Newsletter
   Size	:	9” x 12”
   Color	:	Full color both sides
   Stock	:	Book # 60
   Process	:	Offset
   Binding	:	Saddle Stitch
   Others	:	Camera ready material in In-Design format
   No. of Pages/Issue	:	12-16 pages
   No. of Issues	:	Four Issues
   No. of Copies/Issue	:	1,200 copies/issue or 4,800 copies for four issues

2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 144,000.00.

3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of August 22, 2013.

5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
