  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested providers for the Engagement of an Organization Development Specialist/Consultant to provide technical assistance in institutionalizing the Strategic Performance Management System in the HGC . (Please see Terms of Reference).
  1. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 420,000.00.

  2. All interested providers may submit proposal together with their curriculum vitae at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of January 21, 2016.

  3. For further inquiries, please call Mr. Arturo Barrios of the Administrative Department with telephone Nos. 897-32-94, 897-32-32 and 897-32-66.

  4. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
