Request for Quotation

1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested provider for the hotel venue of the 2014 HGC Clients Appreciation Night (Please refer to the Terms of Reference).

2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 450,000.00.

3. All interested provider may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of July 03, 2014.

5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
