HGC RADIO ADVERTISEMENTS
PLACEMENT OF ADS IN FM STATION
TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. OBJECTIVE
To engage the services of a media entity (radio broadcasting company, advertising agencies, media buyers, media planners) for the daily airing of  four (4) thirty second advertisements of HGC in a reputable FM station for thirty (30) days.

II. SCOPE OF WORK

  1. Production of a thirty second advertisement/infomercial of HGC;  and
  2. The daily airing of four (4) thirty second advertisements of HGC. The exact days of airing will be subject to the agreement between the HGC and the service provider.

III. DELIVERABLES 

  1. A copy of the produced HGC advertisement/infomercial in CD format; and
  2. The contracted radio station shall submit a copy of their daily advertisement log for the month where the time and frequency of airing of HGC’s ads are reflected.

IV. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION

  1. The media entity must have the capacity to place advertisements in radio stations as specified in its SEC or DTI registration;
  2. The FM station must have the widest coverage;
  3. The FM station must belong to the top 3 ranking stations in terms of audience share. This shall be based on a survey conducted by a reputable survey company
V. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
The approved budget for the contract is Four Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Pesos (448,000), inclusive of VAT, chargeable against the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2014.
