  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of one (1) unit printer, one (1) pc. Camera flash and one (1) pc. lens for camera with the following specifications:

    Specifications:

    Lot 1 – Printer (one unit)

    • 12-color LUCIA ink system with Chroma Optimizer for wider color reproduction and higher contrast to deliver more dramatic images.
    • Wired LAN (Ethernet) for multiple users.
    • Prints up to A3+ size. Ideal for exhibition prints.
    • Maximum printing resolution: 4800 (horizontal)* 1 x 2400 (vertical) dpi.
    • Approved Budget for the Contract : P 53,000.00

    Lot 2 – Camera Flash and Camera Lens

    A. Camera Flash (one piece)

    • Top of the line flash for the EOS – system
    • TTL, E-TTL II & A-TTL Compatible
    • Dust and Water Assistant
    • Metal Hot Shoe
    • Auto Zoom
    • Runs on 4AA Batteries. 

    B. Camera Lens – 24-70F/2.8L II USM Lens (one piece)

    • Standard zoom has a Super UD lens element which increases image fidelity across the entire frame.
    • Water and dust resistant.
    • Provided with a zoom-lock lever to protect it during transport and a fluorine coating to protect the exposed elements.

    C. Approved Budget for the Contract : P 130,000.00.

  1. All interested suppliers may submit quotation for one or all of the lots at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of  October 16, 2013.

  3. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
