  2. The appraisal report to be submitted should contain the following data and requirements:
    1. Market Value of the property;
    2. Prompt Sale Value;
    3. Cite if the property is flood prone and/or in the list of active fault lines in the Philippines;
    4. Monthly lease rate should the property be offered for a short-term lease;
    5. Zonal value; Location/Vicinity Map;
    6. Snap shots of the property (soft and print copies); and
    7. Photocopies of titles.

  3. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 78,000.00.

  4. All interested HGC accredited appraisers may submit proposal in a sealed envelope at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of July 03, 2014.

  6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
