HGC OFFICE UNIFORM
TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. OBJECTIVE
To select the most responsive bidder based on the criteria for selection set by the HGC Uniform Committee (The Committee).

II. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES
A. Bidders shall present to the Committee their sample designs and various fabric swatches.
B. Measurements shall be conducted at the Staff Room of HGC.
C. Delivery of thirty one (31) male and fifty one (51) female HGC office uniforms on or before April 30, 2016.
D. Alterations, if any, shall be done within the two-week period from the date of delivery.

III. DESCRIPTION

Male set Four (4) short sleeved polo barong and one (1) pair of black executive pants. 31
Female set At least three (3) sets of the following options:
• Dress;
• blouse and skirt; or
• blouse and pants.

IV. APPROVED BUDGET

The approved budget is FOUR HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P410, 000.00) inclusive of VAT.

V. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION
The proposals shall be evaluated using the Cost-Quality method, where fifty percent (50%) shall be allocated for Cost and fifty percent (50%) shall be for Quality as follows:

Total 100%

The quality of submitted samples shall be evaluated on the following:

  1. Work: includes workmanship, design and durability
  2. Fabric: includes comfort, fit and appeal.
