  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) is inviting interested bonafide contractors to submit proposal for the COA Office enclosure.

    Scope of Work:

    • Dismantling of Existing Low Partition
    • Installation of double wall partition on wooden frame
    • Installation of baseboard and door casing
    • Repair of damage flooring
    • Installation of doors with jamb
    • Installation of convenience outlet
    • Painting and varnishing
  1. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is P148,323.00 chargeable against Corporate Funds.

  2. Interested contractors may submit proposal together with the following documents at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati on or before August 22, 2013:

    • Detailed Cost Estimates and Specifications
    • Office/Plan Layout
    • Specifications and Schedule of Finishes
    • Timetable

  4. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
