1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested Service Providers to submit quotations for the procurement of Fiber – Optic Internet Connection Services with the following technical specifications:

2. All interested Service Providers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Senator Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of December 10, 2013.

4. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
