  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of steel open type shelves.

    2. ITEM PARTICULARS SIZE QUANTITY
    1 Open Type Shelves 178h x 1188w x 40d 5

    Specifications:

    • All steel with five (5) adjustable shelves
    • Color : Beige

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 75,000.00.

  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through Telefax No. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m., October 12, 2012.

  4. For further inquiries, please call Mr. Arturo Barrios or Ms. Helen Santamaria of the Administrative Department at Telephone Nos. 897-32-94, 897-32-32 and 897-32-66.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
