Supply of Steel Open Shelves

  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of steel open shelves.

    2. ITEM PARTICULARS SIZE QUANTITY
    1 Steel Open Shelves 85”h x 40”w x 16 1/2”d 15
    2 Steel Open Shelves 72”h x 36” w x 12” d 24

    Specifications:

    • Item 1 : All steel with seven (7) shelves including top and bottom
    • Item 2 : All steel with four (4) shelves
    • With adjustable/detachable shelves bolted to the angular post
    • Each shelf is provided with single stiffener welded beneath for added stability
    • With triangular bracing for anti-sway purposes
    • With Mid-support and side and back stopper
    • With rubber footings

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 362,000.00.

  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through Telefax No. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m., August 08, 2012.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
