Assessment and Audit of the ISO 9001:2008 Standard Requirements

  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested providers (Certification Body) to submit proposal for the conduct of assessment and audit of the ISO 9001:2008 standard requirements of HGC’s core services to improve HGC’s Quality Management System (QMS).

  2. The scope of services to be provided by the certification body shall include the following:
      1. Readiness Assessment
      Determine possible gaps of the HGC QMS
      2. Certification Audit - (September 2012)
    a) Stage 1 – one (1) day
    b) Stage 2 -  two (2) days
      Prepare and submit certification audit plan
      3. Issuance of ISO 9001:2008 Certificate valid for three (3) years

      Conduct certification audit;
      Prepare and submit audit report detailing observations, opportunities for improvement and any non-conformity to ISO 9001:2008 standards or on documented procedures and suggestions on how to address them not later than five (5) working days after the conduct of the on-site audit; and
      Issue a valid ISO 9001:2008 compliance certificate
      4. Surveillance Audit for the 2nd year (Year 2013) – One (1) day
      5. Surveillance Audit for the 3rd year (Year 2014) – One (1) day

  3. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 250,000.00.

  4. The Terms of Reference may be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat c/o Administrative Department, 2nd Floor Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati City.

  5. All interested providers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City, and/or through telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of September 12, 2012.

  7. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such proposals as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
