Installation of wall partition at the proposed COA Office

  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) is inviting interested bonafide contractors to submit proposal for the installation of wall partition at the proposed COA Office.

    Scope of Work:

    • Installation of double wall partition with wood studs
    • Installation of door and door jambs
    • Installation of wood panel design
    • Installation of wood slots
    • Repair of existing cabinet doors
    • Painting and varnishing

  2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is P125,032.00 chargeable against Corporate Funds.

  3. Interested contractors may submit proposal together with the following documents at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati on or before July 29, 2013:
    • Detailed Cost Estimates and Specifications
    • Office/Plan Layout
    • Specifications and Schedule of Finishes
    • Timetable

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
