The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) is inviting interested buyers to submit proposals for purchase the property described below thru outright sale, joint venture agreement (JVA).

Approximately 14 kms. in length, 14 meters in width and area of 192,748.46 sq.m. at   horizontal level
10.50 meters above the grade level of the PNR Railways Used Area
Identified for development as an ELEVATED TOLLWAY/SKYWAY PROJECT

  1. The disposition of the PNR Airspace shall be on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis.

  2.       • For outright sale proposals, terms of payment may be in cash or installment; and
          • For JVA, the proposed terms and conditions of the JVA must be indicated.

  3. All interested buyers must meet the Eligibility Requirements (ER) of HGC.

  4. The proposals shall specifically indicate the proposed development or business plan for the property.

  5. Details pertaining to the PNR Airspace as well as the guidelines for the negotiated sale can be obtained from the HGC Asset Management Department (AMD) Office located at the 4th Floor, Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P10,000.00.

  6. The ER and Financial Proposals shall be sealed and dropped at the designated drop box located at the AMD Office.

  7. Schedule of activities:

      March 26,  2012 to April 11, 2012

       
    b. Pre-Negotiation Conference
       
      April 12, 2012 (Thursday, 1:00 p.m.)
       
    c. Deadline for submission and opening of ER and Financial Proposals

       
      May 3, 2012 (Thursday, 1:00p.m.)


  8. All interested buyers are advised to check the titles for liens and encumbrances and the condition and status of the property.
