INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ACCREDITATION
AS HGC TRAINING SERVICE PROVIDER

The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) is inviting all interested training service providers to apply for accreditation as HGC Training Service Provider for its HGC Training Program for 2010.

QUALIFICATIONS

The training providers should offer a range of innovative approaches to training, possess demonstrable expertise in the industry for at least two (2) years, have a locally or internationally renowned reputation as a training provider, enjoy successful relationships with other large companies and endorsed by professional bodies and/or industry experts.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Interested training providers shall submit their application together with the following requirements to the Vice-Chairperson of the Bids and Awards Committee on or before March 15, 2010.

  1. Application for accreditation as Training Service Provider;
  2. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) business name registration or SEC Registration Certificate;
  3. BIR Registration Certificate (BIR Form No. 2303);
  4. Valid and current Mayor’s Business Permit;
  5. Company Profile/History and Organizational Structure;
  6. List of former and current clients stating company name, contact person and telephone/mobile numbers;
  7. Duly notarized authorization for the HGC to inquire or verify the documents submitted by the Provider with the issuing or originating agency or entity;
  8. List of Training Programs organized or provided by the applicant/provider involving the following identified topics:
    1. Technical skills (accounting for non-accountants, financial/credit statistical analysis, project management, complete staff work, ms office, risk analysis and management);
    2. Communication skills (powerful presentation skills, written communication and intensive grammar review);
    3. Management/Leadership Skills (leadership competency seminars, conflict management resolution, art of negotiation);
    4. Behavioral skills (work values enhancement, managing work attitude);
    5. Customer service (handling difficult customers).

  9. The training provider must submit a sample training module for any or all the identified topics.
  10. Audited Financial Statements stamped “received” by the BIR or its duly accredited and authorized institutions, for the immediately preceding two calendar years, showing among others, the total assets and liabilities.
  11. Payment of Accreditation Fee of P5,000.00.
