Mailman bags for HGC Corporate Give-aways

  1. The HGC is inviting all interested manufacturers or traders of high quality leather products to bid for five hundred pieces of mailman bags for HGC Corporate Give-aways.

  2. The bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR-A) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”

  3. The approved budget for the contract (ABC) is P1,150,000.00 chargeable against Corporate Funds.

  4. Bid documents will be available during office hours starting December 21, 2009 until January 19, 2010, at the HGC BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, Ground Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P1,000.00 to the HGC Cashier.

  5. A pre-bid conference will be held on January 6, 2010, at the HGC Conference Room, 4th Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City at 2:00 p.m.

  6. Three (3) sealed bid envelopes containing the (1) Eligibility Requirements, (2) Technical Bid Proposal and (3) Financial Bid Proposal shall be dropped inside the “bid box” placed at the Security Guard station, Ground Floor Lobby of Jade Building on or before 2:00 p.m. of January 20, 2010, at which time the bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders or representatives at the HGC Conference Room, 4th Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. The sealed bid envelopes shall be addressed to the Vice-Chair, Bids and Awards Committee.

  7. For other inquiries regarding the bidding shall be directed to the HGC BAC Secretariat at telephone Nos. 897-32-94 and 897-32-66.

  8. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any required formality therein or to accept the bid as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
