SUBJECT:   Bidding for the production and printing of one thousand (1,000) copies of the 2011-2013 Consolidated Annual Report

DATE     :    June 20, 2014

As discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-bid Conference of June 17, 2014, the following are hereby amended:

Terms of Reference:

1. Item 2.2.1.1 shall read as follows:  Develop at least three (3) design studies for cover, inside pages and envelope based on proposed concept.

1.  Item 4.2 shall read as follows:  Interested providers must be a graphic design studio with full communication services as specified on the company’s SEC/DTI registration papers.

All other provisions of the Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
