As discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-bid Conference of April 13, 2014, the following is the List of centralized airconditioning units and other mechanical equipment located at Jade Building, No. 335 Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City subject of preventive maintenance:

• 2 units 30.0TR each Airconditioning System at the Ground Floor
• 2 units 30.0TR each Airconditioning System at the Second Floor
• 2 units 30.0TR each Airconditioning System at the Third Floor
• 2 units 30.0TR each Airconditioning System at the Fourth Floor
• 2 units 30.0TR each Airconditioning System at the Fifth Floor
• 2 units Water Pump (2.0HP and 7.5HP)
• 1 unit Generator Set
• 1 lot Roll-up Door

All other provisions of the Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
