The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) recognizes the important role of the private sector in building and financing homes. It believes in synergy, the complementation of efforts and the sharing of vision. It believes that all of these should be founded on common understanding of the housing market forces and clear-sighted appreciation of its challenges.
